My favorite part of Aman New York was, without a doubt, the wellness experience at the spa. The gym, for starters, feels more like a high-end sports club than a typical hotel facility. It’s fully equipped with premium Technogym machines, offering everything you need for a serious workout. I managed to squeeze in a session, which was the perfect way to shake off jet lag.

The spa features a stunning 20-meter indoor pool, surrounded by elegant lounging areas and cozy fire pits that make it a great spot to unwind and read a book. The attention to detail extends even to the changing rooms, which are a highlight on their own. Separate for men and women, they feel more like luxury sanctuaries than simply locker rooms. Each space includes an ice bucket shower, hammam, and sauna, all of which left me feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated.
